Exclusively Yours will not offer an exchange or merchandise credit if you exceed the 7 days from your purchase date. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you will have 7 days from the purchase date to return the item and receive the store credit for the amount paid.
Exclusively Yours will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If this problem has occurred please contact me immediately at [email protected]. Merchandise must be in the same condition that you received it, must be unused and returned in it's original packaging.
Item(s) should be returned with the original invoice and sent to the address listed on the package within your 7 days of your purchase date.
